RAB Retail is delighted to announce that Julia Poulson has been retained by Leisure TV Rights Limited (LTR) in search of properties suitable for their new competitive socializing concept – The Chase.
We need 8-10,000 sq. ft in high footfall city centre leisure locations, with a street-level presence, although the main offer can be on a basement or first-floor level.
LTR has the exclusive rights from ITV to operate a new competitive socialising concept based upon the world-renowned TV quiz show – The Chase – bringing the TV quiz show to life and enabling their customers to ‘Beat the Chaser.’
We urgently need premises in London and Manchester to open the initial venues.
