The RAB Retail Team is looking to bring a FIZZ! bars to a key transport hub near you!

RAB Retail has recently been appointed as Property Advisor to Frizzenti, the UK’s market-leading brand of wines and cocktails, on-tap.

Following the launch of their ultra-successful FIZZ! bar at Birmingham’s Grand Central Station they are now looking to roll out the concept at other transport hubs in the UK and internationally and have instructed our team to assist with their search.

Frizzenti’s site requirements are as follows:

  • 400-800 sq. ft.
  • Island sites at prime travel hubs with additional seating areas
  • Power supply required
  • Water & drainage preferred but not essential
