RAB Retail is excited to announce the further expansion of our team with the addition of a new consultant, Nick Wright. With an impressive 15 years of experience in acquisitions and asset management in the retail and F&B sectors, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Nick has held positions at Vision Express, Costa Coffee, and Amazon and was previously Head of Property at CTD Tiles.
We are also pleased to announce that Felicity Bawden has joined as our new Property Manager. Felicity was Head of Estates at a local authority. She was responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of over 400 properties and a rent roll of over £3.5 million.
These appointments strengthen our team and enhance our ability to provide complete and comprehensive strategic property advice and hands-on assistance to our clients. This enables them to effectively manage and grow their property portfolios while focusing on their core business.
