Nationwide requirement for global noodle-bar chain – Marugame Udon

We’re delighted to be working with Japanese noodle-bar chain Marugame Udon on their UK store acquisition programme.

Marugame Udon is an established global food brand offering freshly cooked Japanese udon and tempura from over 1000 stores in 14 different countries. Such is their popularity they have even been voted the 14^th best brand in Japan.

Following their fantastic international success, Marugame Udon entered the UK in 2021 and has opened four restaurants to date with a strong pipeline for 2022 and 2023! They are looking for multiple sites across London and throughout the UK in all major towns and cities.

Size requirements for new units vary by location, but typically they are looking for 1,500 – 4000 sq. ft. ideally on the ground floor in high-footfall locations with a route for extract.
