Ben joined RAB Retail in September 2023 as a consultant.
Ben, a Chartered Surveyor specialising in Retail and Leisure property acquisition, has 20 years of industry experience. His journey began at Innes England, where he was the retained agent for Greggs’ acquisition programme in the East Midlands. Ben then served as an Estate Surveyor at Timpson Ltd before joining Domino’s Pizza Group in 2012. His role evolved from an Acquisition Surveyor to the Head of Acquisition – North, where he played a crucial role in achieving Domino’s record annual new store opening of 97 new stores. Ben consistently delivers high-volume acquisitions at speed with both corporate and franchise operations.
At RAB, Ben is retained by Medivet and Well Pharmacy to advise and act on their behalf to fulfil their disposal programme. He is also retained to acquire sites for the competitive socialising concept Fayre Play as they start their acquisition journey into England. He works alongside Nick Cooke, acquiring stores for Cake Box and assisting them with their ambitious UK-wide growth plan.
