Felicity joined RAB Retail in May 2024 as a Property Manager, primarily working on the Ole & Steen account.
After graduating with a Business of Real Estate degree in 2012, Felicity started her surveying career as a commercial property agent. She then joined a Local Authority to undertake a more varied asset management role. Felicity had a successful ten years at the council, her most recent role being Estates Service Manager. In this role, Felicity led the Estates Team, which is responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of over 400 properties and a rent roll of over £3.5 million.
