Nick joined RAB Retail in 2024 as a consultant.
Nick is a chartered surveyor with 15 years of experience in acquisitions and asset management in the retail and F&B sectors. He has worked for brands such as Costa Coffee, Next, Vision Express and Amazon. He has a track record of delivering high-volume multi-format acquisition programmes and experience working across corporate, joint venture, and franchise operations. As Acquisitions Manager at Costa Coffee, Nick opened over 90 new stores across London and the South East.
Most recently, as Head of Property for a private equity-owned business, Nick demonstrated his leadership by driving their estate rationalisation and efficiency programme across the UK.
