2023 was a productive year for RAB Retail. Three new members joined the RAB team: Henry Trickey, Jane Stovell and Ben Frudd. We delivered new flagship stores for our client Flying Tiger Copenhagen, UK and I, including Metrocentre Gateshead and Bluewater, London. Marugame UK opened a fantastic central London store on the Strand opposite Charing Cross Station. The Danish baker Ole & Steen UK launched sites in Jubilee Place, Canary Wharf and Kingston. The team was pleased to be retained by the largest Costa franchisee, Scoffs Group, to oversee the property function for new acquisitions and asset management for Costa and ITSU. Medivet UK appointed RAB Retail to lead their property disposal project on sites throughout the UK. Dominos Pizza appointed RAB to assist with the delivery of new stores. Big Fang Collective instructed RAB to help with their expansion plans, and we accepted a strategic advice role with Cakebox UK.
2024 is off to a great start, and we are excited to see what the rest of the year will bring.
