Last month saw the much-anticipated opening of our client Brew by Numbers new taproom and brewery at Morden Wharf. The opening was marked with the Brewer’s very own Riverside Beer Festival providing a perfect opportunity to showcase their new site to craft beer fans.
The 6,000 sq. ft. refurbished warehouse on the Greenwich Peninsula is the craft beer firm’s third site and follows the success of Enid Street Tasting Room in Bermondsey and Barrel Store in Peckham.
Earlier this year we agreed on the deal for our client for the new brewery with the landlord U+I Plc. The warehouse is on the site of an old pub, The Sea Witch, that was destroyed by a bomb in the Second World War and is positioned in a prominent riverside location on the 19-acre site that U+I Plc are transforming.
